# Receiz Enterprise — deployment and value review

Discussion brief. This is not a quote, service commitment, customer result or signed statement of work.

## Business objective
Choose one complete customer or operational journey. Name the executive sponsor, operational owner, technical owner and financial measurement owner. Record the costly failure or repeated work, affected population, volume and current baseline.

## Proposed delivery package

| Deliverable | Acceptance evidence |
| --- | --- |
| Workflow and source map | Agreed teams, supported sources, permissions, exclusions, baseline and measurement owner |
| Connected workflow | Agreed end-to-end cases pass, including source inspection, access boundaries, failure handling and export |
| Operational handover | Named operating responsibilities, user training, support and escalation; customer owners demonstrate the workflow |
| Value review | Baseline comparison, complete costs, attribution and exceptions; documented expand/adjust/stop decision |

Receiz delivery responsibility, customer responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, support coverage, retention and exit terms must be named in the signed scope. No unlisted connector or universal source coverage is promised.

## Measurement worksheet
For each benefit record: metric; baseline window and value; population; proposed change; comparison method; deployment window; outcome source; owner; adoption; exceptions; confidence and attribution limits.

- Capacity: hours recovered × loaded hourly cost. State how released capacity is used. Do not count as cash savings without a reduction in expenditure.
- Cost avoidance: evidenced expenditure avoided, net of transition costs. Avoid overlap with capacity and other loss categories.
- Customer economics: attributable incremental contribution after variable costs. Gross revenue is not profit. Include adverse outcomes and unresolved cases.
- Cash timing: financing benefit from a measured timing change. Released working-capital principal is not profit.
- Investment: include fees, integration, internal effort, training, support and ongoing operation.

Calculate net benefit = attributable financial benefit − total investment. Calculate ROI only with a positive investment denominator. Evaluate a downside scenario and break-even realization. Do not add overlapping benefits from different teams.

## Outcome evidence register
Current public enterprise examples do not establish measured customer ROI. The native continuity qualification establishes its stated technical scope. The Harbor Retail journey and decision brief are fictional illustrations.

A customer outcome record should contain: permission to publish; deployment scope and dates; baseline; outcome sources; method and controls; adoption; full cost; attribution; limitations; customer approval. Do not fill missing fields with model estimates.

## Commercial and procurement agreement
Confirm supported deployment and source scope, access and identity boundaries, data treatment, security evidence, support, service levels, liability, renewal and exit terms through the applicable legal and procurement review. Confirm actual price and payment terms in the written proposal; calculator inputs are not Receiz prices.
